Since the establishment date on 1994 under the name NetNam network, NetNam Corporation has undergone 18-year-development with several great milestones. This period witnessed NetNam day-to-day improving its quality of services, extending the market, and becoming one of the best ISPs, OSPs, MSPs for five-star-hotels, high-class apartments, banking and finance sector, MNCs, NGOs in Vietnam.

- Dec 1994: NetNam - first e-mail service provider in Vietnam was founded by the Networking Department of Institute of Information Technology.

- Nov 1997: NetNam became one of the first 04 Internet Services Provider (ISP) in Vietnam

- July 2000: NetNam southern branch opened in Hochiminh city

- Oct 2003: Number of the employee reaches over 100

- Feb 2004: Started experimenting the broadband Internet services

- Feb 2006: Opened the e-news thoibaoviet.com

- May 2006: One of the best Providers for 5-star Hotels in Hanoi and Hochiminh city

- July 2007: Open transaction office at number 2 Pham Ngu Lao Street, Hanoi

- June 2009: Number of the employee reaches over 150

- June 2010: Officially start business under the name Netnam Joint-stock company

- Dec 2011: NetNam's POP in Hongkong came into operation, which made NetNam become the first non-telco ISP of Vietnam possessing a POP abroad
